Appointments for residence permits will be made again. To get an appointment please contact the service hotline 07121/480-2549 or send an e-mail to auslaenderamt@kreis-reutlingen.de.

If your residence permit has already expired or if it expires before your appointment, you may be able to obtain a provisional document (a “Fiktionsbescheinigung”). This will be sent to you by post.
This provisional document states that your residence permit is valid until a final decision is made. We will also inform you which documents you have to send to us. This depends on the reason why you are in Germany. Please only send us documents if we ask for them. Please do not send us your passport! This only makes for additional work!
Send us the documents we ask you for, either as a scan by e-mail or as a copy by post. Alternatively you can drop the documents in the letterbox in Haydnstraße. It is not possible at the moment to hand over documents in person.

Please note: Do not contact us if your residence permit is still valid up to and after the date of your appointment!
